How can night guards protect my teeth?

Night guards protect your teeth by preventing your teeth from grinding together at night. They are made out of acrylic. At Eric Heim Dental, we make the night guard to perfectly fit your teeth so they are snug and do not fall out while you sleep. We make them with a strong material so they are not easily worn through. Dr. Heim will use a digital scanner to scan your teeth and your bite which will be sent to the lab with instructions for fabricating your night guard.
